Wayne is the Head of Facilities Management at DB Cargo, where he leads strategic delivery across a complex operational landscape. His journey into FM began in the most hands-on of roles, as a caretaker and has taken him through a rich cross-section of industries, including banking with First Direct, property with Savills, retail with Arcus, and healthcare with Active Care Group.
A former Royal Naval Reservist and qualified watersports instructor, Wayne brings a people-first approach to leadership, shaped by both military discipline and a passion for coaching others. His ability to build relationships, understand challenges, and deliver tailored, practical solutions has defined his career.
Dan Johnson is the Service Director for UK and Ireland at Zip Water UK, the market leader in providing filtered boiling water dispensers, high-capacity chilled and sparkling water systems, and electric water heating products for workplaces and homes.
With over 15 years of experience in the industry encompassing technical, customer service, and operational roles, Dan is now responsible for leading a team of over 110 directly employed engineers, the Technical Training team and the commercial fleet functionality in the delivery of all field operations.
As part of the UK and Ireland leadership team, his connections and industry knowledge drive the connection between the field service operations and the customer base.
Dr Nigel Oseland is an environmental psychologist, workplace strategist, change manager, researcher, international speaker and published author with 11 years research and 26 years workplace consulting experience. Nigel draws on his psychology background and his own research to advise occupiers on how to redefine their workstyles and rethink their workplace to create working environments that enhance individual and organisational performance, delivering maximum benefit. He specialises in strategic briefing and change management to create workplaces that meet psychological needs and facilitate collaboration, creativity and concentration. Nigel has advised corporate businesses, public sector bodies and educational institutions in the UK and throughout EMEA.
Before setting up his own workplace consulting practice, Workplace Unlimited, Nigel was a researcher at the Building Research Establishment (BRE) and completed his doctorate with the School of Engineering at Cranfield University. He then went on to become a workplace consultant at Johnson Controls (within their facilities management business), Swanke Hayden Connell Architects and specialist workplace practices AMA Alexi Marmot Associates and DEGW. When it comes to workplace strategy, design and planning, Nigel has an all-round experience.
Kam is an MBA qualified energy and sustainability executive with more than 25 years’ industry experience. He is a chartered engineer with a portfolio of technical, managerial and commercial skills within both the public and private sectors, with a particular focus on sustainability and net zero strategies. Kam has a proven track record at both strategic and operational levels with a number of blue-chip client organisations.
