Welcome to Facilities & Estates Management Live, the brand new event in the calendar for FM & Estates practitioners. Brought to you by the team behind the award-winning Facilities Management Journal (FMJ), the show takes place at the Business Design Centre London on the 7th & 8th October 2025.

Our content theatres will appeal to Facilities & Estates practitioners of all levels, and some of the leading FM service providers & product suppliers will be showcasing their offerings via exhibition stands.

The seminar programme will reflect a wide range of topics impacting the sector, including meeting ESG goals, the Real Estate challenges in managing a hybrid workforce and the impact of AI and data technologies on the ways FM services are managed.
