This presentation looks to explain what AI is, what it isn’t and how it can be used in the context of CAFM software. Most people will have heard of ChatGPT, Claude, or Google Gemini by now, but how does this really translate into anything useful for facilities management? Some basic examples will be explored before focussing on AI ‘Agents’ and their potential to revolutionise CAFM software.
